We will give you a clear indication of the work and likely timescales involved, whether any access towers etc. are required to comply with H&S guidelines, and also a comprehensive written estimate (which will normally be sent to you by email).

We assess the job
Often commercial clients have strict deadlines to meet and we’ll discuss these with you when we carry out our initial assessment of the job.

Detailed estimate
We’ll then prepare a full and detailed estimate, sent to you for approval together with our insurance, health and safety and terms of business.

Start date agreed
Upon acceptance of the estimate, we agree a start date and timescale.

Hours to suit you
We can agree any hours that need to be worked to facilitate the customer, as we’re aware that the normal 9–5 hours may not be suitable on commercial work.

The right paints
Specialist paints are often needed for commercial work, to ensure durability and longevity. We discuss this with you at the initial consultation.
